Sample Information

Once you have the sample information screen open, you can enter or edit any information about the sample, including:

• Name - the name of the sample
• Sample Type - this is a dropdown menu that includes Offer, Pre-Shipment, Landed, Type, Stock lot, Other
• Received On - the date when you received your sample(s)
• Crop Year - this is a dropdown menu where you can select the crop year of the sample
• Country - this is a dropdown menu with a list of the countries so you can select where the sample is from
• Producer Name - you can enter the name of the producer of the sample in this text field
• Bag weight 
• Number of bags 
• Reference - if your company tracks reference numbers on the samples
• Grade - premium or specialty
• Coffee processing - you can enter the name of the process, this is a text field
• Supplier Name - you can enter the name of the supplier of the sample in this text field
• Shipping Info
• Notes & Remarks - if your company has specific IDs or tracking numbers that they use, that can be entered here
• Moisture
• Water Activity
• Mass
• Volume

Please note that none of these fields are required.
