Selecting Roast Level

You start at the top with selecting the roast level. This defaults to medium, and you can select darker or lighter to match the sample.

There is an information icon that when clicked notifies you that 'the target roast level is in the middle. The roast may be darker or lighter, so please select the appropriate rating.'
