Defects

Under the Uniformity, Clean Cup and Sweetness sections you will see a section for "Defects". Clicking on the "Descriptors" button will bring up the list of the most common defects experienced in cupping.

If you do not see the defect you are looking for, you can add a custom descriptor in the text box provided. When you are finished adding descriptors, please click the green "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen.
