Approving/Rejecting Samples

There are several ways to approve/reject sample, we will breakdown the methods below.

1. The first way is from the samples page. On the action column for each sample, you can see the approve/reject button. You can do the approval from here.
   
   
2. The second way is from the sample review page, on top of the page you can see the approve/reject button. You can do the approval from here.
   
   
   
   
3. The third way is still from the sample review page, but on the cupping result tab. You can approve/reject from each cupping session list there.
   
   
   
   
4. The fourth way is still from the sample review page, but on the shipment tab. You can approve/reject from each shipment list there.
   
   
   
   
5. The customer can also approve or reject the sample. When they scan the QR code generated during shipment, they will be redirected to the customer shipment landing page where they can see the shipment detail - including the approval/rejection button for each sample.
