Approving/Rejecting Samples (Using QR Code)

To approve reject sample you can click the approval option for the sample.



If you choose to approve, there will be be a pop up to remind the customer, once the sample approved it can't be changed.

Once you approve, there will be a pop up that tell the approval is success, and the approval status will be updated.

But when you select reject, there will be an additional pop-up to tell the detail of the sample rejection.



And when you reject the sample, you will be offered to request another sample of that coffee, you can choose to request or just continue the rejection process.



Once rejected, there will be a pop-up that tell the rejection process is success, and the approval status of the sample will be updated.
