Requesting New Samples (Using QR Code)

To request a new sample, you first need to change the approval status of a sample of your choice to "rejected."



After that, there will be an additional pop-up to tell the detail of the sample rejection.



And when you reject the sample, you will be offered to request another sample of that coffee, here you can submit the request, by select the "yes, please" button.



Once rejected, there will be a pop-up that tell the rejection process is success, and the approval status of the sample will be updated, and the request will be received by the PIC.
